Following a 9 year career in the British Army, Henry co-founded Artelligen, a digital marketing and business automation business. Henry’s interest in social care was sparked when Artelligen was asked by a care provider to help solve their hiring challenges.

Realising that staffing was a significant strategic problem for the social care sector, Henry and his team developed a unique social care recruitment solution called Recruitomate, that helps care providers hire more staff directly and more efficiently.

Since then he and his team have worked with care providers large and small, both residential and domiciliary, to hire the right staff, at the right time. Henry believes that technology has a significant role to play in delivering sustainable and quality care but that ultimately, care is a people business!
